About Bethany Gaddis
Bethany Gaddis is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern currently seeking licensure in the state of Florida. She is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges with warmth, professionalism, and care. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Youth Recreation Ministry from Belmont University and her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University.
Before becoming a therapist, Bethany served in a pastoral role working with youth, young adults, and families. This background continues to inform her relational style and her ability to connect authentically with clients from diverse walks of life. She is intentional about practicing with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, creating a safe and welcoming space for all.
Her therapeutic work is grounded in Collaborative Language Systems, while also integrating elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This integrative approach allows her to tailor therapy to each client’s unique story and goals, opening pathways for new perspectives and meaningful change.
In addition to her clinical training, Bethany is a Certified Enneagram Coach and SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator. She incorporates these tools to help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and cultivate lasting growth.
Known for her approachable and down-to-earth presence, Bethany is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
Outside of her professional life, she is married to her college sweetheart and together they have four children. She loves getting outdoors and embarking on what she casually refers to as “you could die” adventures. To unwind, she enjoys a good cup of coffee or tea, reading, cuddling with her golden-doodle, and taking Jeep drives with the top down at sunset.
A quote she lives by is: “If my fire is not large, it is yet real & there may be those who can light their candle at its flame.” – A.W. Tozer
